Canggu 3 rents for IDR 22,000,000 per month on a true monthly basis — no yearly lease and no rent paid a year upfront. Included in the price: high-speed wi-fi; housekeeping / cleaning service (2x per week); one time housekeeping with bedsheet and towels per week; pool maintenance / cleaning pool; banjar & garbage fee; management fee included. Paid separately where noted: exclude electricity (using token system), cooking gas (on check-in we will provide gas, if finished guest will buy again), drinking water (on check-in we will provide water, if finished guest will buy again).

The minimum stay is 1 month, with the option to extend if you decide to stay longer. The villa is available from Immediately. A refundable security deposit is required to confirm the booking.
