Yes. Unlike most Bali agencies whose "monthly" inventory requires 2–6 month minimums, every Matanava monthly listing has a true 1-month minimum stay with the option to extend. No year-upfront payment is required. (Note: Seminyak 3 and Seminyak 5 are yearly-only villas.)
Do I need to pay a year upfront to rent in Canggu?▼
No. Matanava rents by the month: you pay the first month plus a refundable security deposit to confirm your stay. Yearly leases paid in advance are not part of our model.
